Rules & Regulations
- No vehicle Mechanical maintenance of any type is allowed at any time (flat tire exception).
- No wastewater or septic disposal/discharge is allowed. This is grounds for Immediate termination of lease agreement - removal of vehicle from site and any environmental clean-up fees at owners expense.
- No external or on the “ground storage” of items. Owner’s possessions must always be stored inside the vehicle.
- Owners are responsible for removal of “trash” and debris from their assigned space.
- Owners will be issued a gate code and are responsible for closing gates after hours.
- Owners will be responsible for any gate or fence damage incurred while entering or departing the yard.
- NO overnight camping. Sleeping in RV/vehicle is not allowed at any time.
- Loitering is not permitted
- Coaches/RV’s are to be “Backed in” to spaces.
- No loose pets – dogs to be leashed or tethered at all times.
- Owners responsible for clean-up of pet waste.
